What’s even cooler, if you don’t already have a library card (or yours is old and crusty and doesn’t seem to be working, like mine, ahem), you can apply for a DC library card online. The only catch is that you do have download software to access/rent the mp3s. Also, if you get your library card online, you’ll have to go to the actual library within 30 days with proof, like a driver’s license.
