I lost my SmarTrip card, which I’ve owned for like 10 years. Sniff. Although, I can’t complain too much because it wasn’t working very well by now, but I’ll give it a shot, anyway: I called to have it canceled after a couple days. (Yes, I know. Not. Smart.) I was forced to listen to smooth jazz, which I thought was bad enough, but ooooh no! Somebody managed to use up the $20. Die!!!!
